Sales Consultant

The Associate Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapy) and the Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) aim to underpin current aesthetics practice with a new standard of skills and deeper knowledge gained through a combination of science and clinical practice.

Established in 2015, Scentia unites industry leaders Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Education & Training. Australasian College of Health & Wellness (ACHW), AIM Business School and CPM.

The Australasian College of Health & Wellness offers accredited degree programs in Applied Health Science to help recognise you as an expert in the dynamic, rapidly changing field of Aesthetics.

Great base and high earning potential on commission

The role is entails managing prospective students and assisting them with their enrolment process with your knowledge of the industry and degree programs offered.

You will self-manage your own pipeline of generated leads to contact, follow up and enrol into the program. By utilising your proven business development skills and sales ability, you will hopefully reach your own individual target and team goals in the sales team.

The role

  • Advising prospective students on the course options and career outcomes, with the aim of enrolling them into the course
  • Make outbound calls from leads generated by ACHW to engage with potential students
  • Answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner when required, processing sales/bookings
  • Help map out career pathways for students and suggest the best program for their goals
  • Managing student information and applications through salesforce (CRM system)
  • Organising and conducting phone meetings with potential students, assessing their eligibility and suitability for the course

Experience and Skills

  • Proven success in the sales environment
  • CRM experience is useful (salesforce particular)
  • Wellness, health science or cosmetic background preferred but not required
  • At least 2 years outbound/inbound telesales  or rep experience

Entry Requirements
Please note the following is required to gain entry into ACHW degree programs:

Age Requirements
You must be over 18.

Academic Study Skills
To gain entry, you must demonstrate your ability to manage the academic rigours of a bachelor degree, especially in terms of your academic study and time management skills.

Evidence to demonstrate these includes:
Completion of a higher school certificate with an ATAR of 65 or aboveCompletion of a tertiary qualification of Certificate IV or aboveWe will also consider any other documentation which demonstrates your academic and time management skills including from formal studies, workplace activities or research. If you are unable to demonstrate your academic study skills, you may be required to complete an Academic Study Skills Test.

Interview
All applicants will participate in an interview which may be over the phone or in person.

The aim of this interview is to:
Determine your study and professional goalsDetermine your suitability for the course (e.g. review your academic study skills)

English Language Proficiency
If you are an international student you may be required to demonstrate your English Language Proficiency.
This must be at least: Equivalent of IELTS 6 (no band score below 5.5)

Residency
You must reside in Australia during the duration of your degree.
