The Introduction to Skin Analysis and Facial Techniques course is a foundational course that will equip you with all the knowledge and practical skills required to conduct a comprehensive skin consultation. This course takes a comprehensive and practical approach to customer skincare, teaching you everything from how to make first contact and gather client information to providing a personalised home care plan.

Over the course of one day at the ACHW clinic, you will learn how to professionally engage your clients for the first time, identify the primary skin types, and recognise common skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, and pigmentation. You will then gain hands-on experience performing a facial treatment, from the initial analysis and skin cleansing to the use of exfoliants, masks, and serums.
