About this Course

You will learn how to move through each stage, including:

Welcoming the client and setting expectations for the appointment
Gathering relevant history, goals, and current routine details
Completing a basic skin analysis to identify skin type and common concerns

You will then learn how to confirm priorities with the client so your plan reflects what they want to address as part of your skin analysis training. After the analysis, you will practise explaining your findings in client-friendly language and linking them to facial steps and product choices.

Gloves, spatulas, and hygiene set up to keep assessment and treatment steps clean and consistent

Alongside equipment, you will also develop your visual and tactile assessment skills. This includes feeling for dryness or sensitivity, checking elasticity, and observing how skin responds during cleansing and product application.
