Skin Needling

This treatment uses a device with multiple thin needles to create small punctures in the skin that can help restore and increase collagen production, as well as improve skin texture and tone.

Skin Needling Overview

Skin Needling is a cosmetic treatment that helps produce collagen production to improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles. It uses a small and sterilised needle device to make controlled micro-injuries in the top layer of your skin. The skin starts to become inflamed (without leaving any scars), which then stimulates it to naturally repair itself and produce new collagen.

Skin Needling is minimally invasive and generally safe, addressing several skin concerns. That said, it is commonly not recommended for those who have active acne, certain acne medications, people with eczema, or rosacea flare ups to be getting this. The procedure takes approximately 30-60 minutes, while the number of sessions depend on your skin concerns. A typical recommendation is usually 3-6 sessions with 4-6 weeks apart.
