Crush 3/4 packet of digestive biscuits. Stir in a tablespoon of melted butter. Press gently onto the bottom of a cheesecake tin or pie dish and chill in the fridge.
Next if you dare - pierce a can of carnation milk and place in the bottom of a pan with some water in it. Gently boil for about 2 hours ensuring the water gets topped up. Now be careful to take the can out of the pan and cover your hands as you take off the lid with a can opener. Pour the now toffee mixture on top of the biscuit base and chill for a further 30 minutes.
Take the flan dish out of the fridge and cover the toffee mix with sliced bananas (not too thick and not too thin)! Gently whisk some whipping cream to soft peaks and cover the bananas. Now sprinkle cadburys flakes over the top and Enjoy this mouth watering concoction of bananas, toffee, cream and chocolate - it's divine!!!
